Homestay accommodation is a popular choice with our overseas students. This option allows you to learn about the British way of life while speaking English within a domestic environment. All of our accommodation options are sourced through external British Council registered accommodation providers.

The homestays that we use meet the requirements set out by the British Council, giving you a safe environment while you are away from home. Our homestay hosts are typically situated in residential areas of Manchester within 30 to 40 minutes commute from the school. You will be welcomed as if you were a member of the household and will need to follow the house rules. Manchester is a cosmopolitan melting pot of cultures. Our range of homestay hosts demonstrate this cultural richness. They are all fluent English speakers for whom English is the main spoken language within the household.
