Craig is an education leadership specialist with extensive experience in advancing institutional performance through strategic planning, process optimisation, and evidence-based implementation. Craig’s professional practice is grounded in a commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and the development of inclusive, high-performing educational environments.
Over the course of Craig’s career, he has demonstrated a sustained capacity to analyse complex educational challenges and design strategic interventions that yield measurable outcomes in organisational effectiveness, student and stakeholder satisfaction, and long-term sustainability.
Craig’s work is underpinned by a deep commitment to educational equity, institutional excellence, and sustainable innovation. He continues to seek opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of education through research-informed leadership and collaborative practice.
Central to Craig’s professional ethos is a deep commitment to supporting higher education students in realising their full potential. Matt Corden
Deputy Managing Director – Nottingham Campus
Matt is the Deputy Managing Director (Nottingham) with a primary role of overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the campus to provide an excellent stage for students to excel.
For the last 25 years, since leaving the military, he has worked in a variety of businesses at a board level. A good solid background in education and training, and has been involved in several projects to scale businesses in the sector, building high-performing management teams that are process-driven to ensure the highest level of education.
He also brings a wealth of knowledge from outside the sector, with previous business interests within the rotary wing aviation industry.
Matt’s passion is to provide an invigorating learning environment powered by exceptional, dedicated, and engaging teaching and support staff.

Chris Hall
Registrar
Chris Hall is the Registrar at The Language Gallery, where he plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing quality assurance practices across the institution. He ensures that all policies are up to date, relevant, and fully aligned with regulatory requirements, while overseeing the accuracy and integrity of student data throughout each learner’s journey.
Chris leads the assessment team with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable assessments across all modules. His oversight ensures that all assessments remain fit for purpose, are applied consistently for all students, and are underpinned by rigorous marking standards, supporting the delivery of dependable outcomes at the assessment board.
With over 23 years of experience in quality assurance and educational assessment across both Higher Education and Further Education, Chris brings a wealth of expertise to the role. He is a Chartered Educational Assessor and holds a Level 7 qualification in Education.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, keeping active at the gym, and going on the occasional bike ride.

Emma is an experienced leader in student support and academic success, currently overseeing multi-campus Student Success Teams at TLG. She is skilled in implementing strategic frameworks that drive retention, academic achievement, and student engagement. Her previous roles and projects include leading teacher training and capacity-building initiatives with the British Council, Department for Education (UK), and Ministries of Education in Turkey and Thailand, focusing on mentoring, teacher development, and inclusive learning strategies.
