Caroline Walsh, MA (CMS), SFHEA, PG Cert HE, BA (Hons), MCIM, is Principal at TLG, where she actively promotes inclusive, flexible access to higher education and widening participation.
Caroline is committed to lifelong learning and to ensuring a professionally relevant, high-quality student academic experience. She believes that higher education delivers sustainable value through career development, employability and enhanced digital, technical and social skills, which benefits our diverse learners, our economy and also our wider society.
Caroline is an experienced academic leader and has held senior positions as: Deputy Provost, Regent College London, Director Solent Business School, Solent University Southampton, Deputy Director Partnerships and Knowledge Exchange and formerly Principal Lecturer Marketing at Roehampton University Business School. Caroline has worked in higher education since 2008, starting as Senior Lecturer and MBA Course Director at University of West London and she has also run her own HE Consultancy.
Prior to joining academia, Caroline worked in management, marketing and leadership roles across commercial industries with and for large multinational IT, Telco and Communication companies, and was latterly Business Development and Marketing Director for a renowned London advertising and digital agency, TEQUILA\TBWA part of the Omnicom Communications group.
