The greatest asset of The Language Gallery Manchester is the staff that make up our team. We go to great lengths to recruit the most dedicated, student-focused individuals. As a result, whoever you meet or speak to will provide all the help and guidance they can, making your stay as enjoyable as it is educational.
Accommodation and Welfare Manager
I've been working for The Language Gallery since 2014 and I’ve got over 6 years’ experience helping students find accommodation to enhance their experience in the UK. Before this I was an EFL teacher in France, so I understand how scary it can be in a new country. I'm here to help students with any queries about their accommodation or their classes and progress in learning. I'm also the Welfare Officer so I’m here to be a friendly face if you need to talk about your problems.
Hi I’m Joe! I’m the one to ask if you have any questions about your course content, teaching, or SMART Learning. I can also help you with level tests, academic appointments, and I know a thing or two about the social programme as well! I got into TEFL in South America, before moving to South Korea for a year. Four years later, I finally left, to come back to England and become an Academic Manager. In my spare time I like to use chopsticks, eat spicy food, and say things in Korean.
STUDENT ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
I am here to help students with any queries related to the school, their study or in general. I have worked for The Language Gallery since 2016 and I’ve got 3 years’ experience working with national and international students. I am always here if you need my support and I will do my best to help you. I am here to be a friendly face when you need me.
Hi, I’m Clare! I’m here to help you when it comes to arranging your accommodation with The Language Gallery. I’ve worked for the school since 2012, and I’m always happy to talk with you about your needs and requirements, as well as be a friendly face around the school. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing video games and writing short stories!
Hello, my name is Aaron. I became an English teacher in 2009. I joined the Language Gallery in 2012. I was a house husband, looking after my daughter, for 7 years before I began teaching. In my free time, I like dancing, cycling and football. I enjoy meeting new students and teaching them in class.
Hi my name is Kiran and I am from Rochdale, Greater Manchester. I have a BA in Law, CELTA and a PGCE. I have taught English for the past four years (both abroad and in the U.K.) and I enjoy it immensely! My aim is to ensure that students have a positive learning experience and fully achieve their academic aims. The Language Gallery Manchester has a wonderful energy and the wide mix of nationalities makes it feel like a mini world under one roof!
In my free time, I love to read and I am a huge fan of Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings! I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places and cultures. I look forward to welcoming you to our Manchester school.
