The greatest asset of The Language Gallery Manchester is the staff that make up our team. We go to great lengths to recruit the most dedicated, student-focused individuals. As a result, whoever you meet or speak to will provide all the help and guidance they can, making your stay as enjoyable as it is educational.
Accommodation and Welfare Manager
I'm here to help students with any accommodation queries. I've had 4 years’ experience helping students find accommodation to enhance their experience in the UK. Before this I was teaching in France, so I understand how scary it can be in a new country. I'm also the Welfare Officer for the school and I’m here to be a friendly face if you need to talk about your problems.
Hi, my name’s Tom. I became an English teacher in 2002, and since then have worked in Turkey, Morocco and Saudi Arabia. I love travelling and meeting people from different cultures. After ten years abroad, it was time to return to the UK. I joined The Language Gallery where I now teach students from all over the world. I particularly enjoy teaching reading and writing skills. After work, I like going to the cinema, exploring the restaurants that Manchester has to offer or just reading a book.
Hello, my name is Aaron. I became an English teacher in 2009. I joined the Language Gallery in 2012. I was a house husband, looking after my daughter, for 7 years before I began teaching. In my free time, I like dancing, cycling and football. I enjoy meeting new students and teaching them in class.
Student Engagement Officer
I’m here to help with general enquiries, and make sure your time in the school runs as smoothly as possible. I have also been teaching from 2005, in the UK, South America, Morocco and China, so I know how confusing living in another country can be! The Language Gallery has a warm atmosphere full of friendly, professional staff, and is a great place to improve your English.
